At Face to Face Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
